The hotel is conveniently located about an hour away from the airport by car. the rooms are charming and well-decorated with a full kitchen, fireplace, and beautiful cactus garden or private terrace. the breakfast is complimentary and delicious with additional menu options. the staff is friendly and accommodating.
One guest complained about a noisy group partying below their room, which disturbed their peace in the evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The facilities were exceptional and we particularly loved the complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the transportation was easily accessible, and the location was conveniently close to the airport.

We spent our Thanksgiving holidays in a small town near San Miguel de Allende. We found an adorable hotel with charming decor and clean facilities. the restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu that we enjoyed. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the best places to visit and explore nearby. the location was perfect since we were close to a Puebla Magica and could avoid the crowds and noise.
The Wi-Fi was not as fast in the room as it was in the rest of the hotel. There was a lack of atmosphere in the dining area, which was empty the first night.

I truly had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport. The staff provided excellent service, and the room amenities were top-notch. I loved the sitting area and the flat-screen TV. The room also came with free toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel's facilities, such as the free Wi-Fi and dining options, were fantastic. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very easy to find and located just a block up the hill from the main street. The check-in was simple, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a great hot shower. The breakfast that came with the room package was delightful, and there was an additional menu if we wanted to add anything. The coffee in the restaurant was delicious.
